E authentication Level 2 access for farmers.gov and other resources
For operators and owners who have files and documents on file with the USDA, FSA, or NRCS, through obtaining level 2 e-authentication access
One password to access to multiple online resources, programs
There are different levels of access which one can obtain to more easily navigate government resources

5 Steps to help going through e authentication

Registration form completion- fill out registration
User Information Verification- submit the registration and protect your password/identity
Activation instructions Notification- you will receive an email with instructions
Account Activation- you activate the account through this email
In-person Identity Proofing- once you have activated your account you need to take your government issued photo ID and present it in person to a USDA Service center
